The BLUE KNIGHTSŪ is a non-profit fraternal organization consisting of active and retired law enforcement men & women who enjoy riding motorcycles.

The Blue KnightsŪ Louisiana III Chapter was formed in January 1996 by fourteen police officers from the Covington, Louisiana area. Since the early days of LA III, the chapter has grown to include members from all over St. Tammany Parish and Washington Parish. We have members who ride Harleys, Gold Wings, Hondas & CMCs. We don't discriminate. All makes & models are welcome.

Briefly, to qualify for membership you must:

  1. Be an active full or part time law enforcement officer with powers of arrest.
  2. Be employed by a governmental agency and receive monetary compensation, or be a retired or disabled former law enforcement officer.
  3. Possess a valid license to operate a motorcycle.
  4. Own a motorcycle or plan to purchase one within six months.
